In every Islamic boarding school (pesantren), there are special activities held during the month of Ramadan. Among them is Al-Ikhsan Islamic Boarding School in Beji, Kedungbanteng, Banyumas. This pesantren organizes an intensive language learning program called the "Hard Teaching System (HTS) Program," which focuses on encouraging and motivating students to confidently speak in Arabic or English. The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the intensive language teaching program and to identify the strategies used for teaching speaking skills in this program. The research approach used is qualitative with a field study type. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The researcher analyzed the data through data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research sources were the teacher of the General Arabic class and students participating in the Hard Teaching System program 2025. The findings of the research revealed: (1) The activities of the intensive language teaching program that focused on speaking skills included classroom learning activities, daily conversation writing (Journal Speaking), language hours, and sudden evaluations (Gebrakan). (2) The speaking skill teaching strategies implemented in the intensive language program included: direct teaching strategy, experiental teaching strategy, and indirect teaching strategy.
